This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through the website of Bean Vibes Coffee. It is our aim that we deliver all the shipments in a perfect condition to our valued customers.

SECTION 1: Order Processing Time & Shipping Time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This includes order verification, quality check, packaging and dispatching.

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination.

Shipping  Costs  £3.95 for orders under £25 Free Delivery When you spend   £25 and more Delivery available for UK mainland only

 

SECTION 2 – WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO WE USE?

We use the services of reliable courier services shipping carriers ( Royal Mail & DPD) . We know the urgency of your package is very important to you and we will ship the package out promptly.

Once you’ve placed your order, you should expect delivery of your coffee within 72 hours from order dispatch. You can check if your order has been dispatched by logging in to your account.

We will keep you notified of your order status via the email address provided.

 

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING COSTS

Our standard shipping cost is  £3.95 however we do offer free shipping on all orders over £25. This will be applied automatically at checkout. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at the moment. However this is regularly reviewed, so please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when international shipping is available.
