Refund Policy

At Bean Vibes Coffee, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality coffee and products. However, we gladly provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

If you meet the above criteria and wish to return an item, please contact us at cs@beanvibes-coffee.co.uk   to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above criteria. If it does, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for coffee that has been opened or consumed, as taste preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee satisfaction.
