To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The coffee must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The coffee must not have been opened.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned coffee and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please keep in mind that we do not offer returns or refunds on any coffee that has been opened, as taste preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee satisfaction. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on coffee that has been customised or blended specifically for you.
