BRG Appliances Ltd (hereinafter “Sage” or “Sage Appliances”) offers a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty (“Guarantee”) for all Sage products purchased in the UK. During the Guarantee period, Sage will repair or replace a defective product at its sole discretion.

Sage guarantees this product in specified territories for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials. The Guarantee period may be greater for some appliances or for some parts of appliances. Sage products covered by this manufacturer's Guarantee are intended for private household (non-commercial) use only.

When necessary the team is able to ship accessory parts to initiate a repair or a swap of a defective product if required, as well as share trouble shooting advise. As a result the consumer will not need to contact you for further assistance.

If the product or parts are found eligible for replacement or service Sage will provide a pre-paid shipping label by e-mail in order to return the product free of charge

Missing or defective accessory parts:

Please contact the Sage customer care team for missing items of a newly sold product to get those parts replaced.

The team will request the product model number as well as the serial number and the 4 digit PDC code.

Returning your unit

Please ensure your returned product is correctly packaged and completed with all accessories.

Especially for espresso products it is mandatory to empty water tanks and boiler and to remove coffee beans.

Transportation damages caused by poor packaging could be rejected.
